Let's keep this downward trend going! I may have turned to food for comfort this past weekend... BUT I tried to workout hard enough to burn some of the calories off. It looks like it worked! :D For now...
105.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
