I'm back!!! :-)
188.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1316 kcal Fat: 85.74g | Prot: 61.27g | Carb: 24.59g.   Breakfast: Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Light Mayonnaise, Egg, Ground Turkey, Bacon, Heavy Cream. Lunch: Shredded Mozzarella Cheese , Caesar Salad Dressing , Red Tomatoes , Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types) , Grilled Chicken. Dinner: Pinot Noir Wine, Shaved Parmesan Cheese, Heavy Cream, Cream Cheese, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Ground Turkey (Cooked). Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Jello. more...
