3 exams, got sick, and friends came into town so I haven't had time/energy to work out. Had to eat socially multiple times so I ate quite a bit more than I usually do. Still squeezed off a couple more pounds. I guess I still have a little fire in the ol' metabolism yet.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
