WOO HOO!!! I'm at the Dr. right now, and will update my journal when I get home. Yay me making another milestone!!! 75 pounds down!!! I know the ticker here doesn't match that. I had already lost 15 before joining here. Have a spectacular day every one!!!
227.9 lb Lost so far: 60.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
