losing 3.5 lb a week

lol indeed. YOu have an issue. You don't understand either a loss or a gain, but hey... you'll get it. Have you done the simple things? Refusing soft drinks, candy bars, and crunchy out of the bag treats? That's a fast way to get on the right track. (Didn't check your diet log.)
