Did horrible on my "diet" (hate that word, and went to inlaws).. and no exerises in the last two days... :-( no wonder I gained
329.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 134.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You will make it. You chose a wonderful day to begin your life change. That was my 59th birthday. This was the same day that I decided to make a lifechange.I went from a size 6 in 2010 to a present size of 18. I can't even shop for clothes without crying. When I couldn't happily go shopping with my 16 year old, it was time for a real change. I will be 60 next year and I AM changing. I will be there for you!

Today I lost 2 lbs! That was so great. It was Father's Day. I was proud of myself as we went out to eat. Our 2 kids and my husband had burgers. Not me! I had a large salad. Plenty of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, hard boiled eggs, and a little bit of bacon for taste. I ate fresh fruit on the side!

Congrats P_McCann!! tonight I celebrated father's day.. went on the treadmill for two miles (for 30 min went 3.2 mph without stopping <which is a miracle> and then 3 mph for 15 min) then went on the stationary bike went 14 mph for 2 miles.. personal best so far...
