I joined a nutritionist program to design a baseline macro eating plan for me, and the result is a low carb diet which I’m not thrilled about. Her philosophy is that, in short, blood sugar is the bottom line of controlling weight - that’s after removing all the toxic processed packaged foods and eating whole foods again. At least I’m back under 200 lbs and I’ll be satisfied if I can just stay here!
