Hopefully tomorrow will be better than today, yesterday was just tiring, stressful, and wanting to choke the crap out of people (boss, and customers).. bad place to be when you are in customer service business.. And an old habit came up.. yes I ate within my calorie limit, but ate a lot at night, after I came home.. Sigh.. and it was not salads either (like I normally do).. Man yesterday really was crappy.. well today is a new day, and onward and forward.. can not change yesterday.. and at least I did not gain...

If you feel you ate bad, no weight gain is a plus, a win. We all have bad days, don't worry about it I do customer service type work in IT support, some person to person and some by phone. At times I want to reach through the phone and smack the person on the other end, even though I do my best to maintain a calm demeanor and be polite. Some folks have no business using a computer!! Hoping today is much better for you!

What you did last night doesn't look like a catastrophe to me. Eating that first crisp would have been a catastrophe for me as there would have been no stopping. :( *Dang you starchy carbs* You hit those later in the day too so the body was less likely to store them as fats. You're seeing a little water retention is all, and water is not the enemy. Keep rolling, Hoosier.
