I'll take the weight loss though it's due to the fact that I forgot to eat yesterday. Nothing sounded good so I didn't want to eat something that would make me sick so I opted for nothing. It's not good that I skipped eating but it's better then eating things that I am not allowed to eat. I am back on my restricted diet, with intention to eat today. I'm anxious for the return of my blood work, that I had done on Friday, to see the results. Going to find out on Wednesday. I did get some blood work back. My cholesterol is coming down like I knew it would. My doctor is not happy that I am not taking my meds to lower it but ohh well. I'd rather bring it down naturally. It had been super high for years and now I'm almost at normal levels. Thank you bacon! I have only done 3 things to lower it. Removed gluten, removed dairy and increased bacon. Quite the opposite of what the medical doctors say but I spend a lot of time reading and studiing the body chemistry and I found that animal fats remove excess cholesterol from the body, and in my case, I am proof of that. Wooo hoo!!!
159.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's actually healthy to fast from time to time. Just make sure you are well hydrated on those days. Take it easy with the eating on day after and you will be fine.
