Wow even went over macros a little. I was super hungry after helping at the equine therapy barn and HIIT session in the am. Contest day! Gotta admit that number scared 😱 the heck out of me. Went back to what works but no extremes. Metabolism based eating for the win!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 108.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
