Not discouraged.. at all... Have not done any exercises in the last two days..and I understand the flex in weight as well.. New day, new territories to conquer!!
Even though I was under the 1800 calorie intake, I had a small chocolate shake.. (the weight demon won this time..)
332.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 137.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
