Went to zumba classon friday x1 hr. It was great!!!! Fun Fun Fun, sweat, sewat sweat!!! Broke my pedometer in class, I was popping so hard. :{ :] . WAlking 30 mins 2-5 times a wk. trying to eat better. More veggies needed in my food content.
I discovered sunflower seed butter at trader joes. It king of like peanut butter, but better. LOVE lOVE LOVE this. Love D'Anjou pears - Fiber like crazy. has lil caesar's pizza ystdrday, like 5 mini slices...yum...
love nectarines, not appreciating bananas right now. i eat lots of bananas.
I recently started dringking fresh squeezed lemon juice in hot water, lik tea. It srealy good. I hope its doing something fabulous to my inner and outterbody. Priase God for : D'Anjou pears, lemons, necatarines, chicken non GMO, turkey (non GMO) H2O, clean Air, sleep, free exercise classes w/ chilcare - FREE :)
