Hello and Happy Saturday FS!
The scale was smiling this morning and so was I. Down some! 💃🌞
So, my brother and SIL have rebooked their flight and now arrive next Saturday. So, no food fest this week … 🤣🤣🤣! I cooked differently when we have guests. And, always have something around too eat. That’s not the case when it’s just me and hubby…at least not anymore. So, my hope is to really try to be good this week and watch/record what I eat.

My scale was trying to make up with me today also! I have been VERY angry with the little pain in my ....!!! But today, we are back on speaking terms!!!

Very little fun in the frig when it’s just hubby and I, maybe cheeses and fruit only. When guests are coming it is packed with deliciousness! Always have nuts and crackers for emergencies.😁

Thanks Shrew! Yeah, my house is loaded with evil things the entire time I have guests! From chips/crackers to nuts to chocolate and ice cream not to mention baked goods! I cook and bake like I’m going to the electric chair! Cheese is always in the house! 😁 Have a great day Shrew!
