So my weight finally budged. Last night was Spring Walk-thru at my kids' school and I got a lot of compliments about how much weight I've lost and how good I look! My measurements are better and I'm getting toned! There was that one facetious comment: "Are you pregnant?" . . .. . Trying out a new gym as my personal training sessions at my tiny gym are finishing . . . . Oh boy. have I been missing out! It's a little intimidating, but I think I can handle it! I just have to get into a routine! My sister is visiting from overseas, and we have a family wedding coming up next week!

164.7 lb Lost so far: 73.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You were probably glowing so much from all the nice compliments that someone thought you must be happy, i.e. pregnant. You are doing great! Keep it up!

I understand about the tiny gym! Switched from the community center to planet fitness. WOW what a difference! Now thinking about switching to gym with a pool but have not checked it out yet.
