Hello and Happy Monday FS!

Busy day. Weighed in at Doctors…fully dressed in winter garb with tennis shoes at 144 and, of course after coffee and breakfast. Scale didn’t show any downward trend when I weighed in first thing.. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My baby, our one and only turns 37 this week. My life, my love! ❤️ Where have the years gone?!?

I hope you all have had a fabulous, sunshiny day FS! 💃🌞
142.5 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
