I'll try not to bore you ,
love my food, especially high calorie foods,
eat out of habit rather than necessity
spend most of my time doing things for others rather than doing what I want
So as from tomorrow will change my routine and try to get out of the rut.
Fingers crossed
248.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes, good luck! Maybe don’t try too much too soon in case its overwhelming! But if it isnt, wow, YOU CAN DO IT!

Hello Tonybarb, you'll be fine your weight is going down so no worries. Helping others is a good thing it's very rewarding. Also it might stop you for eating too much as you are busy so that's a good thing. Good luck. Merry Mel 🤩.
