New low in weight!

MuscleHack.com (whose program I'm on) just released v5.3 of his THT workout guide. You can download it for free here:

I like his site because almost all of it is free. Only a couple of books are for purchase. You should check it out and follow him on social media.

I use his THT principles as the foundation for the workout I do as part of his TSPA program, and you can see my logs to validate my progress. Plus I have a progress log on his forum with pictures. His stuff is scientific, simple, and just plain works!
182.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
