Did pretty good till dinner. Then had bread. My weakness. My demise! Try again tomorrow! I've been good and staying away from dairy and my rash ring is almost gone. Wood hoo! I've been on antibiotics for 5 days, 2 to go. I feel amazing. But sad that I only have 2 days to go! I don't forsee me reaching my goal weight by July but I'm ok with that. Considering the last 2 weeks with my mom's heart attack, emotional hell, thyroid meds off, I'm doing ok, considering I'm kinda holding. My new aim is 5 pounds, I'm sure I can do that, anything more is a perk! Lol. Good night ya'll!
161.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

All in good time. Spring brings a lot of fresh fruit into our lives and it's a lot of temping carbs. Fruit is healthy, but it's the same as any carb if you have too much. Hang in there. You have a busy life. You'll sort it out.
