After 53 hrs of fasting! Cutting carbs not calories getting healthy ❤️✊🏼
232.7 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How did you make it through the fast? Was it worth it? I get so hangry if I go more than 6 hours without food during the day, I'm nervous. Tips are appreciated!

JC it was so worth it and the health benefits behind it! Look into it!!! I don’t I don’t necessarily do it for the weight loss but for the health benefits (Autophagy) but I always lose weight when I do it I feel clarity in my mind and in my body if you continue to take your vitamins and just drink water you won’t feel as bad. A little tip I got from Dr. Berg! But you have to work your way up as well if you can go 6 hrs. Than next time go to 8 hrs. And keep gradually getting further and further! I did a little less than 54hr but my goal is 7 days I’m trying to work up to. Also condition your body before start eating more salads and greens working up to your fast 😊

My thyroid has dramatically improved (went from 15mg of Methimazole to 2.5mg) and my endocrinologist has no explanation for it other than my diet. Low carb and a Monk fast a couple times a month 👍 Also dropped 60 lbs in the process.

Christine145 I was reading your page earlier! Amazing! I’m so happy for you! I’m down 25lbs from my initial start up! I haven’t been as consistent sometimes with the mood and feelings and all that I have made excuses but I’m over that! I have been so encouraged I’m seeing a Chiropractor fixing some issues Ali have there and diet I’m feeling a lot better noticing my inflammation has been down drastically! And I haven’t been focusing on weighting lately but I’m seeing my belly go down face swelling not as bad! I just started to log again so I’ll do a weight in March 1st and I’m sure to be shocked! Keep up the good work! *YOU ENCOURAGED ME TODAY😉
