Last night I went to the gym again. I didn't get a great workout due to my knee. About 20 mins in my tred mill workout, I started getting sharp pains thru my bad knee. I slowed my speed down which helped some and I got 40 mins of a walk in.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
