Pizza twice so far this week, but lo-carb versions with really thin crust. Weight went up after eating out over the weekend - California Pizza Kitchen - but down again. So, I had the nerve to weigh myself this morning. : )
310.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 130.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
