a bit of a gain per my last weigh in. But actually a loss. I had a bit an emotional hell the last few days, but brighter days are coming. I'm trying to be better about no gluten, no dairy, no corn. But it's hard!
160.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

Any change is hard. It takes time. We get locked into these old patterns that do not serve us well.
