Yesterday started fasting again - 8pm-noon. Start with 310 shake and AG1 greens for lunch. And a BIG salad if still hungry. Then dinner with the family. French dip - i know not the best but better than the previous week
167.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
