Still follow WW plan but the new plan is great, much more flexible, you get dinged when you eat items with sugar or sat fat in it. I chose potatoes & avocadoes as my free foods.
118.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
