Only gained about 9 or 10 lbs. from traveling and eating whatever I wanted for three weeks- almost a month! This includes desserts and alcoholic drinks with sugar like cocktails. In the past I’ve gained ten lbs in ten days while traveling and watching what I ate! I was taking Turmeric (w/curcumin) and ginger and Berberine with Ceylon cinnamon, as well as cissus quadrangularis and some organic spirulina. Along with probiotics and enzymes . With the rate I’ve gained weight in the past and found difficulty shedding it, including as recently as this summer and fall, I’d say the supplements had an effect on preventing weight gain. I haven’t eaten that unhealthy for that long since my early twenties- more than 10 years ago! Last Christmas, I gained ten lbs over the holidays from only about 3- 4 days of eating holiday food and sweets. Yay!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
