Always eating healthy when eating at home, but had a couple of lapses when I ate out. I generally purchase things like eggs, milk, and bananas at at local convenience store/gas station as their prices for these staples are generally cheaper than the grocery store. They also have prepared food available. When I purchased gas last week I had missed lunch. They were out of the grilled chicken sandwiches at the time so I wound up getting deep fried chicken tenders instead of something else. Considering the size of the meal, it was probably too much. When purchasing eggs and milk this week I also purchased a package of 4 baked cookies. I wouldn't consider an occasional cookie a major problem, but I ate the entire package in one sitting and they were large cookies. Other than those two instances I've been eating quite healthy when at home. Trying to watch the salt intake more carefully as the blood pressure has been rising. Dr. has said below 130/80 is good for my age and I had been keeping it below 120/80. Systolic has been between 120 & 130 lately and I would like to get it back under 120.
142.6 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
