Finally lost another pound. My one day off has been filled with running around and hanging out with my dad. Can't quiet figure out how to rate my dinner- 3 samosas oven baked and not fried. Since they are made in a local Indian shop they have no calorie info. That is slightly frustrating. Planning on taking a long walk with the dogs when I get home to make myself feel slightly better about dinner. Tomorrow night I go to my boss' going away party so I have to be dilligent, not over do it and still have fun. I am so glad the weekend is finally here.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
