i think I am going to have to feel hungry to lose weight. I just don't like that feeling but I haven't lost weight in a long time and Ineed to do something drastic! I just want to secret pill, the easy way to do this. I guess I am making it hard. luv, mary
159.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Look into weight watchers or Atkins - you are not supposed to be hungry, you are supposed to eat bulky food that fills you up. Good luck! I have a very slow process going myself, 5 pounds in 10 weeks!

Your diet is pretty healthy. You might try adding in some beans (black, pinto. kidney) for more fiber and protein. Your protein has mostly been coming from processed typed foods. Lean dairy is also a great source of protein and has been shown to help lose fat. I don't know if you are exercising, but that can really help. Any type of cardio burns calories and helps with fat loss. But yoga type activities are great too. Good luck, I know it's not easy.
