Had a plateau the past couple of weeks, but finally broke through it. It's always disheartening when that happens, but I knew it would just be a matter of time. Also, ran (walked...lol) my first 5K yesterday. It was fun, but I was sooo tired afterward. It's not easy for a 60-year-old to start something like this without training first, but I did it. I walked 17.38 min per mile...something to improve on. That gives me the motivation to beat my own record!
179.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congratulations! I'm still not comfortable enough in my exercising to attempt to even WALK a 5k. Good for you! ^_^

Congratulations!!! No training for it WOW!! I want to try one this fall but need to get my endurance built up first.
