Heyroo everyone!

4 days until Saturday! Christmas was boring in the past. I don't know if everyone is coming over here (we have no tree, so I am probably wrong. lol!)

The weight loss has resumed. was 257. I will start exercising tomorrow. I have to. I now have less than 1 month before seeing the doc. We'll see. I realize that I had much more energy before coffee came into my life. We have 6 bags of coffee. They are amoracoffee.com bags. I think they have like 30 scoops, and then they are replaced. We have Blueberry, Chocolate Truffle, and Chocolate Cherry.

All of them are good! However, I never drank coffee, until I was in the apartment with both my exes.

Cherry is very flavorful. WIth little Splenda, irt is fantastic! I am drinking coffee now. The Blueberry is what I am having right now.

Anyway, it's all good. But, I have to say that Wonton Soup has too much salt. I mean seriously. I can't ask the shop I go to for the soup wether I acn have a low sodium version, but it's not possible. I asked once before, and they said it could not be replaced because it provises the natur, flavors in the soup.

My dad is a saltaholic. He overdoes it. He's more concerned about his diabetes, but does not know how to maintain any control over his diabetes. But that is his choice.

I do the small things. I have perfect blood pressure, because I don't take in any salt. If I do, I use it sparingly. That is what I am focused on, and using no sugar in my food. 4 tbs of creamer (sugar free), and low salt.

Anyway, gotta go!
