I don't know why I am gaining! Ugh this sucks!
243.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 35.0 lb a week

For about 3 days, write down every morsel of food you eat and every drink you consume and look over it to see if you missed carbs that you forgot about. After that, put your list on the site, and we can help figure it out for you. For example, butter is allowed on atkins, but if you consume a stick of butter a day, you will gain weight. I'd love to help you. good luck.

Are you drinking plenty of water? If not you wont loose. I always struggle with it but its absolutely key. dont forget DONT count calories or you will end up with a diet thats neither fish not fowl and it wont help you loose weight. I am sure if you find out where you have gone off track and eliminate the problem you will start to loose.
