My daughter gave me some jerky: BBQ pork, lime beef...love this stuff. Eat it in lieu of something sweet. Seems to help. Am working on drinking more water!!
158.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
