Yesterday was really pretty good, diet-wise. I hit my fat and protein targets very well, I didn't go high in carbs, and I had an ever-so-slight deficit. Would have been better if I had felt good enough to exercise, but I didn't. That's not diet, though. Diet was followed perfectly, had I managed a tiny bit more protein.
