heck i just had the worst weekend ever, ate almost half a keylime pie and had several margaritas....had a couple ice creams, pizza, yikes, i could go on and on...the key is not to get down on it, just pick up where you left off. I feel confident that i am still on track, just gonna phase one a little and keep the whole concept of 'moderation' for next time ;) enjoy yourself tho on occassion, you don't have a huge amount to lose, don't make yourself miserable in the meantime.
