have not been exercising, ate a really sweet, fattening dessert day before yesterday and had a glass of wine and 2 dk chocolate squares last night. guess those w/out exercise won't allow progress . i'm going to hang on to this though. wish me luck!
115.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Don't fret about it too much. WE all need an indulgence every now and then. IT's called living!! Just get back on track, and maybe next time just have a spoonful of the dessert instead of the whole thing:)

heck i just had the worst weekend ever, ate almost half a keylime pie and had several margaritas....had a couple ice creams, pizza, yikes, i could go on and on...the key is not to get down on it, just pick up where you left off. I feel confident that i am still on track, just gonna phase one a little and keep the whole concept of 'moderation' for next time ;) enjoy yourself tho on occassion, you don't have a huge amount to lose, don't make yourself miserable in the meantime.
