Plateaued for a bit, and wasn't sure why. After some googling, I think I know. First, not enough water. Second, allowed too many sugar-free/low-carb products to sneak into my diet. All those sugar alcohols may have impeded ketosis, and were probably causing water bloat. Third, I got into a habit of eating certain foods, in certain amounts, at certain times. I need to pay more attention to my actual hunger levels.
294.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
