Increase =p Well, I didn't think my original drop was a real drop. Then I spent most the last weeks pretty high up in calories, below actual output though- except my wedding anniversary date where I have no idea what the calories are for that day. I did walk, literally, probably 4-6 hours that day. So that, hopefully balanced it a bit. I'm not really worried about it, honestly. I think this last week I might be dealing with some hormone fluctuations affecting both appetite and weight.

Speaking of, has anyone else experienced being randomly not hungry followed by starving on the mini pill or any similar pill? I am wondering if this is a normal thing and something that will even out after this first month? I've been on the pill befor, but never starting it while tracking so closely and dieting. I simply don't remember if this is related. I am going to take my rdi average up to 1300. I think this will be easier to maintain atm, then I'll slowly work back down by 50s, just like I did befor.

Happy Monday Everyone!

***MORNING PEAK FLOW 370*** Forgot to add that this morning. Did 20 minutes of yoga (recorded as 10 minutes because the calories burned on 20 seems too high). Recorded my expected dinner for tonight already. Should be right around the new average when it's all said and done. Probably sit at the 1300 average for a week or two befor taking it down to 1250.

Thanks Sherrie! It was a great anniversary. This on again off again hungry thing is frustrating though -.- I ate lunch at around 2pm and I am already starving again. Idk what to do with that. I even hopped on the bike and did half an hour despite my peak flow being down (which my lungs didn't love, but another nebulizer afterwards fixed it ok). So that I got a little extra exercise to deal with the calories being up. I really want to try and stay around 500 calories down a day, but this is making it hard. I really hope this is a this month only thing o.0

I am only concerned what happens over a month, not day to day. About once a week I total all my calories up and divide my 7. That tells me what I averaged a day! I do not think you gained two pounds of body fat over a weekend- in any given day, our weight goes up, down and sideways. A pound is 3500 calories. Barring all physical activity, you would have had to consume enough calories to MAINTAIN your current weight plus 7000. I do not think this happened in a weekend. The math does not always work out so perfectly, we ALL know that. I just wanted to shine some light your way and tell you it will be OK! We all have days off.

Good luck with your findings! Don't worry about this increase. It didn't affect your progress that much. :)

Caylyn….thank you for YOUR kind reply…it means a lot to me! I thought of a saying about when the scale goes up and down and sideways due to NORAML living….it happens to all of us! This is just: A FACT, NOT FAT! Keep posting my dear and tell us of your great SUCCESS! mrsratfirelosesweight.blogspot
