It's been a week of upheaval affecting what I eat & when I eat. Am encouraged by my daughter's efforts (19 lbs)so I will now try harder as I'm up 2 lbs. Having left the South for the North, the cold now seems to feed my appetite. Not yet in a cycle of exercise as house repair/contractors are what occupy my mind. Hope to get back to a normal routine soon, and back on track with my goals. Am hopeful...
162.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
