I don't know.... i have this super craving for sweet stuff like chocolate and cakes.... got to control...

So do I and the problem is eating sweet things makes us crave even more! 3Kg in 3 weeks is a lot especially if you are already at a fairly low weight. I find if I try to lose really fast and deprive myself too much of things I can't keep the weight down for long. My advice would be to maybe aim to lose only half a kilo a week it might make it easier!I've started replacing high GI carbs like pasta and rice with cauliflower to save on calories and help with the cravings. Cutting down on refined sugar and carbs will help you feel less hungry. I ate the rest of the easter chocolates yesterday so not feeling too happy with myself today either:-):-(

i think i can get back to 50kg by 24 may or end of may cause i intent not to eat too much chocolate and dessert anymore, cause i was 52 last week then, last night i ate ice cream and brownies and chocolate and junk food... wah... so long i have not been eating junk food, my aim is a size 2 US (size 32 europe/ size 24-25 waist) i think that i am not controlling good enough, cause when i exercised, i eat more thinking that i can burn through exercise. i agree, the thing is that you eat chocolate and feel good then feel bad about it the rest of the day. :(

So maybe you are still 52kg and the extra kilo was just some of the food still in you! I am an australian size 6 in dresses and shorts but an 8 in tops(shoulders seem to be wider). I think that's a european 34 and 36. I hope to comfortably fit my size 34 jeans by the time I move back to europe mid year and maybe even squeeze into a 32!;-) sounds like a good plan you can do it! Do you track your food and exercise so you can see exactly what your burning?

you are australian size 6 in shorts meaning to say that you are already a europe 32/ size 24/ US size 2. and australian size 8 is US size 4 = europe size 34. you are already a size XS or S, you still on a diet? plus your height is so tall you are already a model size!

bottom for me is US size 4 and top is US size 2, i am aiming to be a bottom size 2 and hopefully not the squeeze type but quite loose type. so today i just started to do the QUAD have mercy, bottom and AB-challenge by brazen, yes 3 types in a day... i hope to have fit legs and not whobbly ones.

i find tracking the diet and tracking exercise all that does not work... limit my food intake so much... the way i eat now is like 2000 calories and i think i will just eat will i am 80% full and do the exercise.

The size 6 shorts are tight though. Half a kilo or kilo less and they'd fit perfectly then I am happy. Thank you though! The thing is I have had 2 babies and since then I have a bit of extra fat around the bottom of my back and lower stomach that I am trying to get rid of with healthy eating and exercise. I'm not so much on a diet but trying to stick to a healthy eating plan. Plus I have some liver and hormone issues(nothing bad) but a really healthy diet and maintaining this weight really helps! Plus I'm only 26 so I really would like to look like I did before kids!

i guess your hips must be really small small... so good~ i was 97 cm last time now down to 91 cm. what about you? 86 cm?

Wow that's down a lot! Yes my hips are 86cm but waist is 68cm still. I'm ok with that though the smallest it's ever been was 66cm.

my tummy is 61cm if i suck in and 64cm if it is bloated... i want it to be 61cm even if it's bloated

That's tiny. Sounds like you have a lovely figure going by your weight,hip and waist measurements!

thanks for all the nice comment... all i believe can be done through strong will and hard work...but it do takes lots of time. i start to eat clean today.
