Sunday, a rest day. No gym today. Yesterday's carb up day was great, but I couldn't even get all of my allowed carbs. I need to go buy some low fat, high carb snacks for future Saturdays.

Skipped the BBQ sandwich bun at worship team luncheon today after church. That kept the carbs down while letting me get some protein from the beef. Also, skipped the cobbler.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
