Kinda happy that I only had a .5 weight gain. I ate several things, last night, that are on my "Do not eat list". I'm not feeling good, and slept 11 hours. Just another reminder that I can eat that stuff. Time to regroup and do better today. 2 steps forward and 1 step back. But at least it works or to be one step forward. Lol.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
