1/2 a pound but I'll take it! lol. Sooo close to the 250's. :3 Total lost for the month: 9.5 lbs. 2 days left, really wanting to drop that 1/2 lb and see the 250's by April 1st. Alot to look forward to in April though. 257.5 lbs will put me at 50 lbs lost and my ticker should change colors around 253lbs. Which will put me 1/2 way to my goal weight.
Got up at 6:30 and walked 2 miles in 37 mins. I think I might get up at 6am tomorrow and push for 3 miles. Seems to be enough light out that early that I can get them in before the 8am school and work traffic begin. On my walking route there are loads of flowers blooming. And someone's gardenia is blooming early!! I love the smell.
