I am feeling a little frustrated. I worked a little too hard at the start of this boot camp program and couldn't walk for most of the week. Today, I finally just felt sore, not in pain. I went to do 1 lunge to warm up and pulled the muscle in my left leg....zap....pain. I wish my body would just work with me a little!

I can SO relate (although I have the complication of spinal issues). I worked my way up to longer/harder walks and was very gradual with my strength training. Then, boom, I got ambitious and tried Sumo Wrestler Squats two different sessions and WAMMO! Hurt my back, couldn't work out. It's been like 4 weeks and I still feel like everytime is the first time as everything is tight and painful. Take it SLOW!!!

The body is a very tricky thing especially when taking water weight and food digestion into account. Especially with females. Did you do anything differently before your weigh in? Eat differently yesterday, have a bigger dinner than usual, or eat real late?

It's tough. I have arthritis in my back to the point I can't work. I have to take it slow with working out. Listen to your body, it will tell you if it needs to rest!

The next workout isn't until Monday. The trainer told me to ice the heck out of the quad and rest until then. And stretch a lot.
