DAY 5: Well I woke up again before 5 am idk why???? But I’m supper blessed to be woke today!!!! Yesterday I had a few boiled eggs, cucumbers, a smoothie and 3 mini vegetable baked egg rolls. I’m not sure why the gain🤷🏽‍♀️ I did do some light stretching and about 10-15 min of Zumba I took my mom to the store and she wanted to stop by Wendy’s I didn’t get anything 😜 side note I’ve been homeschooling my 3 boys thinking about enrolling them today? Decisions Decisions Decisions
233.5 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe something in the smoothie and no not dropping keto at all I thought a certain amount was allowed of crabs like 50kg I’m learning

And the homeschooling decision can be a hard one. I might home school in the current climate, but I see both sides. Good and bad. Tough decision. Like buenita said, God's got your back

The dropping keto comment. It shows above that you had 100g carbs today, so I was wondering if you guys decided to have a different way of eating now that you all in this together. 🙂

Qua I weigh every day but don't pay attention until I see a gain of more that 3lbs which tells me something may be wrong. Our water weight is always in flux especially with our hormones and salt intake changing constantly, never expect a straight line drop, most importantly just keep on doing the healthy thing- eating right and staying active, and your loss will come. Jesus has set us free, the scale is not our new master and truly sometimes it is not even a good guide on our physical, because muscle growth weighs more than fat and you can see a gain on the scale and it could be a good increase. Find a dress which is snug and try that on maybe every 2 weeks and you'll see what you're accomplishing by God's grace. Blessings 🙏🏽💕🙏🏽

It takes 3 days to process the food that you eat today - so you are weighing the food that you ate today - one pound of food is not very much - even 8 ozs of water weighs a bit over half a pound. Just keep going and you will be fine.

Jergens thank you 😊 and thank you for that confirmation of water I drink more than the required amount in a day! I just put it on my day 6 I said I might just start drinking the required amount and I also just found out how long it takes to process food 😊I really appreciate everyone and the comments and encouragement ❤️❤️❤️
