137.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1625 kcal Fat: 52.00g | Prot: 47.59g | Carb: 271.76g.   Breakfast: Mountain Trail Mix, almond milk, fiber one honey clusters. Lunch: chunky peanut butter, mustard, ketchup, fat free hot dog, oroweat double fiber all the way OMG, fat free blue cheese dressing, iceberg, spinach. Dinner: taco salad. Snacks/Other: Hershey's extra creamy chocolate nuggets, toblerone, gum, kellogs frosted wheat with fruit, werther's, twizzlers. more...
