Happy Hanukkah and other assorted holidays! Thanksgiving is behind us. Personally, I very pleased to my weight bouncing around 144, +/- 0.4 lbs. I can live with that in Maintenance. I'm still 7 lbs below the doc's recommended goal weight of 151.
Life is very good at this weight. I'm healthy, physically fit, enjoying my meals, and still tracking everything.
Life has its challenges as well as its moments of joy. My mother always said, "All is well."😘
143.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
