Happy dance!! I’ve not seen this number since high school………like 35 years ago…..and that’s with Thanksgiving holiday this past week. I’m soooo glad to be free of sugar and carb cravings……..(at least most of them, haha)…..so thankful for cauliflower, broccoli, apples, oranges etc…..so many healthy choices!!
113.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
