Another all time low. It seems that my body is finally allowing for some exercise. As I am steadfast on my new diet/lifestyle I can feel myself getting healthier! My food restrictions are hard, but it's going to be worth it in the long run. The desire to cheat on my diet is sooo strong sometimes but the fear of my health deteriorating is enough to keep me straight! But I must say that without all of your support, I could not do this. Thank you!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week

I should also say it looks like you have a trend going. Keep on going. Your kids will need you in the future. Be healthy for them.

Congratulations!! I plan out my cheat, which has been 1/2 Coconut Decadence ice cream, Delicious!!!!!!!!!!

Agree with, Lilbabs, a planned cheat is best. I was hot and desperate today so a poor ice cream choice got sucked in!! :D

from personal experience.. when i simply watch my calorie intake but dont restrict .. and i no longer have extreme cravings and when i do have something with sugar or carbs I dont have the desire to go out of control with it.
