I have a goal weight date. July 6 th is a family reunion. It's with family I didn't even know I had. They are my late fathers extended family. I want to be down to a maximum of 145 by then. I'd rather be 135 but baby steps. Lol. I think I'll be happy at 145.
That's my goal, and now, I guess it's official since I'll told you all. Lol. Of coarse, ya'll are the only ones that know. :-)
161.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Just get your calories in order and be consistent. Some will be water weight gone, but it's doable. *I'm watching you...* :D
