After following The Fat Smash diet with 5 days workout (cardio and weight training), here is my present results. I love my HIP HOP ABS and I can see results ~ my clothes are loose!
Waist 40 inch, lost 1 inch Hips 50 inch, lost 1 inch New weight 229lbs, lost 6 lbs
I also added weight training 4 times a week, losing fat but not necessary lbs. I'm up walking 2.5 miles a day on treadmill.
I started Phase I over and should end July 3rd. Then I will move to Phase II.
