Much better, back on the yoghurt, skipped afternoon lunch walk but had morning walk though. I feel good overall, I will buy another blood ketone monitor so I have one at home and one at work. Until I understand keto and what knocks me out of keto, I will use the meter to gauge how my body is going and assist in eating and picking the correct food.
319.4 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 127.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.8 lb a week
